Terms of the product

EXCLUSIONS Wear & tear during normal use or damages resulting from accidents or misuse over the course of ownership. Modifications or attachments to the product that have not been approved D Decors. Products not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings from D Decors. Products installed or repaired by parties not duly authorized by D Decors. Product kept exposed outdoor or extreme ambient conditions. Damage caused by the carrier in transit, which is handled under separate terms.

Warranty

The Standard Warranty is considered for products used in personal indoor residential use for these products. Warranty is not applicable if the furniture is in commercial use, let-out to third party use, outdoor use.• For Seating models mentioned in the above exclusions list, the Standard Seating Upholstery, Control mechanisms & Seating gas lift are warranted for 1 years from the date of delivery.
